How to Return:

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened thermal label rolls cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
